Artist Phoebe Legere in Capri

Says Artist Phoebe Legere, "Capri is a place of gay pilgrimage. I was blessed and lucky to travel there this summer after my residency programs in Venice and Florence. Here I am looking out on the Bay of Naples, photo by dear friend Ivan Galietti. We hiked seven miles around the island.

"I did a performance in the Sacred Cave of the Great Mother and sang in the Blue Grotto. It was a wonderful atmosphere for painting watercolors."

Art * Painting With Multidisciplinary Artist Phoebe Legere

FROM PHOEBE @Legere 's POSTS ON X:

Never underestimate the power of COLOR on the human retina.

Painting: The Invisible Hand_oil_2022_Phoebe Legere

May you be filled with loving kindness...May you live with ease and confidence. May you be calm and at ease. May you accept yourself just as you are. May you be patient and open. May you feel joy and eagerness for life!!

Oil Painting by Phoebe Legere

There is just something magic about the Town of Medfield, Massachusetts. Here I am doing a plein air (outdoor) painting by the Charles River.

The big question is, do I have time to get in a little fly fishing in Canada before I leave for Italy?
