The 29, a noteworthy association of artists, invited Phoebe Legere to submit works of art that would inspire the citizenry to VOTE. The works are in a group show at White Box Gallery, 9 Avenue B and will be on display through November. The29.art is a collective of self-identified women working in the arts who support each other's work.
