Phoebe Legere joins Niceli Portugal Constantine of the NYC Department of Culture's Materials for The Arts. Niceli runs Escuelita en Casa, an initiative in response to the pandemic that provides free tutoring and art classes to families in the United States and across Latin America. Today January 23rd at 4pm Phoebe Legere will join Niceli to celebrate Education International Day at the Queens Public Library in Corona.
Niceli is also planning an event for Sunday February 12th with newly arrived immigrants and asylum seekers in Sunset Park at the Good Shepherd Lutheran Church. The theme is: El amor desmantela fronteras - Love Dismantles Borders
