Halloween At Theater For The New City

Phoebe Legere at TNC, Halloween
Phoebe Legere celebrated Halloween by performing at the legendary Halloween Party held every year at Theater For The New City on Second Avenue in New York City. Phoebe also was one of the judges for the costume ball competition. Congratulations to all!
